Production turnaround time is 2-4 business days + shipping for standard orders. Speciality projects do take longer and are specified in product listing on the website. 

We ship via UPS ground. Average shipping times are below:

Shipping is 1-2 business days for NC, SC & VA.

Shipping is 2-4 business days for the Eastern US. 

Shipping 5-7 business days for the Western US. 

We offer free shipping on orders $250 or higher. For orders less than $250, shipping is a flat $20. 

After packages have been shipped, they are completely out of our control. UPS does not allow the sender to intercept Ground packages or change delivery. 

Order cancellation must occur within 12 hours of order as each project is cut to order to receive refund. No refunds on orders cancelled after cutting has begun. No refunds on any custom orders.

We do our best to meet your event dates. However, we cannot guarantee UPS delivery times. 

Any missing items or broken parts will be replaced as quickly as possible. Please unpack orders immediately upon delivery to ensure everything is in perfect condition. Please reach out ASAP with any issues and we’ll work to resolve them as quickly as possible. Any request for replacement or missing parts must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.

REMINDER: All orders that include custom pets require a 10 business day (M-F) processing time + shipping. All other products are currently shipping on a 4 business day processing timeline. Please plan ahead to ensure your have what your need by event dates. We are not responsible for ensuring you have product if your order is placed outside of the above parameters. We do understand that sometimes things fall through the cracks and have created an “Expedited Order” option product that you can add to your order. We will then reach out and do our best to ensure you have what you need by your event date. This is not intended to circumvent the ordering process—so please don’t use this service negligently. It is only there for urgent situations. Cheers!
